Papa has more than twenty-five years of experience as a recognized leader, able to influence the strategic direction of both technology and business initiatives. With a broad technical and strategic background, he is skilled at working with leaders and staff to introduce technology and translate complex business processes into robust, cost-effective technology solutions. He has demonstrated expertise in planning, selecting, acquiring, implementing, and supporting corporate information systems while optimizing cost-benefit performance. When transforming organizations, Papa recognized patterns and key success factors that went beyond the typical leadership traits and team skills.
He graduated with a DUT from IUT Le Havre, France, and has a Bachelor of Computer science from Minnesota State University, Moorhead, and an MBA from North Dakota State University. He went from being a software engineer, consultant, architect, and program manager to a director. He held various positions at Microsoft, a Merck and Sanofi joint venture, Alithya, KPMG, and Accenture. In his functions, he traveled the world and led many global business initiatives for hundreds of clients.
